Social Posts With Meaning & Design

What Else You Need To Know >

NO LENGTHY CONTRACT REQUIRED.    Social media management services are not subject to a lengthy contract.  HOWEVER, notification of cancellation is respectfully requested at least 30 days before the next billing cycle, which is on the 1st of every month. Keeping things simple for everyone is important, but playing fair is also equally important.

  • SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGN DETAILS

    • Social media designs do not include custom videos, but may include royalty-free stock videos.  If you are wanting to share video posts, they are an option and subject to an editing fee.
    • Images can be provided by the client, or royalty-free images will be provided by Layton45.  Photography can be taken onsite by Layton45 for an additional fee (aka for live events, promotional events/items, etc.) within the Hutchinson, KS area.  Outside of a 25 mile radius will include a trip-charge fee. Copyrighted images will not be allowed unless a license release has been provided.
    • Social media posts are created to fit the layout specifications outlined by each social media platform's recommendations.  It is a priority at Layton45 to stay on top of the latest social media practices so that you receive better results.  Social media standards are always changing (i.e. the amount of wording allowed in images, wording allowed in post info, size of images, and all the other fun algorithims out there).

  • SOCIAL MEDIA POST DETAILS

    • Social media posts will be submitted to the client for preapproval the week before the scheduled posting.  Approvals received back in a timely manner are the client's responsibility & are subject to the regular billing cycle.  This is especially important for posts that are time-sensitive for upcoming sales, events, business announcements, etc.  Those types of posts that are approved after the scheduled time will be shared immediately after approval provided the event has not already passed.  However, billing will remain the same.  
    • Effective Nov. 1, 2021, our social media management services will include monitoring / responding to comments on social media posts or direct messages on social media platforms.
